You can activate it through the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and it offers 5 security levels based on the spam score given to each message in accordance with various parameters, such as the frequency of certain words, the sender, and so on. If you keep receiving spam email messages, you can always raise the level or if you are scared that you may miss an authentic message, you can mix the automatic spam filter with a custom one and forward all messages from a given sender to a separate mailbox. In case you decide that you no longer want anti-spam protection for a given email account, you can disable it with no more than a few mouse clicks.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
In case you use one of our Linux semi-dedicated hosting, you won’t have to worry about junk emails clogging your mailboxes all the time, as you can make use of the popular SpamAssassin anti-spam filter that we provide with each semi-dedicated account. Our in-house developed Hepsia hosting Control Panel will allow you to enable the filter for any email account with several clicks of the mouse and you can pick any of the 5 security levels – from very high to very low. The level can be changed at any moment if, for instance, legitimate messages get filtered, or if spam emails go through and appear in your Inbox folder. To be on the safe side, you can choose all filtered emails to be re-sent to a special mailbox such as spam@your-domain.com and not to be deleted. In this way, you can check them every now and then to make sure that you haven’t missed an authentic email message.
